After you visit the Master Gardeners’ Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 13 (thousands of plants and seedlings are ready for you), come on down to the VegHeadz Demonstration Vegetable Garden and Edible Forest.
Look for the gardeners in their MG shirts and name tags to answer your questions or take you on a tour around the garden.
Learn about our growing techniques which have been successful in building healthy soil, encouraging pollinators, and controlling harmful bugs and diseases.
Hibiscus tea made with Roselle, and snacks will be on hand to sample, and packages of Roselle seed will be available to pick up and grow your own.
