Shining a Light on Public Gardens
If you are ever in Atlanta during the Holiday season, take a few hours to visit the Holiday Light Show at the Atlanta Botanical Garden in downtown Atlanta. Tickets should be purchased in advance as they are sold out many evenings. We particularly enjoyed the light display in the Edible Garden. Rows and rows of glistening cornstalks were erected between the rows of winter greens. A variety of bees and insects also lit the garden. It was spectacular -- and that's only one small part of the entire show. Produce from the Edible Garden is donated to Atlanta Community Food Bank.
